How are psychotherapy sessions conducted? Initially, we will meet to discuss your current circumstances and your hopes and expectations from psychotherapy. Most of the time, sessions involve just talking, but depending on how you best communicate, we can experiment. Each session lasts 50 minutes. I offer sessions in Blackheath Village, London. Psychotherapy can also be conducted online via a specialist secure video conferencing platform, ensuring convenience and accessibility.

What is systemic psychotherapy? It is a form of psychotherapy that helps individuals, couples and families, better understand themselves. With this understanding, new ways to approach problems are found, enhancing both personal and professional growth.

What commitment is required? An openness to self-reflection and change helps. Sometimes change happens quickly, and sometimes it takes time. It is difficult to predict how many sessions you may need. But generally speaking, you are encouraged to commit for as long as you feel it is helpful.

What outcomes can I expect from the systemic psychotherapy? Your goals are ultimately set by you… But in general you can expect better mood, improved insight into yourself and wellbeing, improved relationships, improved decision-making, an ability to overcome limiting beliefs, and a new approach to challenges. This often leads to increased confidence, greater life satisfaction, and progress in personal and professional goals.

How much does systemic psychotherapy cost? Individual Therapy: £120 Couple or Family Therapy: £160 Payment is accepted via bank transfer in GBP only

How do I get started? To start psychotherapy, simply reach out via the “Contact” page. If you like, I can arrange an initial phone call, before we schedule an initial consultation session where we can get to know each other, answer any questions and discuss your goals.

How do I know if psychotherapy is working? You may recognise changes in many ways. Your mindset, your relationships, problems you are facing, how you approach challenges, may all improve. You may experience improvements in decision-making, a shift in perception of challenges, heightened confidence, and progress toward your goals. Throughout the process of psychotherapy, there are always opportunities to reflect and appraise how sessions have been helping you to achieve the goals that brought you here

Who can benefit from psychotherapy? Anyone seeking personal or professional growth can benefit. Whether you’re facing challenges, aiming to elevate your life, or simply wish to understand and reshape your mindset, psychotherapy can empower individuals from all walks of life.
